  Mansioni e responsabilità: During my time on board, I was involved and managed two extensive shipyard periods with complete refits of the structural part of the yacht, interior and engine room equipment: yacht repainted and treated with polymers, all external furniture repainted, upholstery totally changed. ME and GE complete overall, all guest’s bathrooms refit and master area completely redone. Prepared the yacht for intensive seasons and hit the waves on regular Owner's trips, provided for a smooth and professional experience for the owners and VIP guests on the front, by working hard and constantly rising to the challenges behind the scenes. Back to back owner’s guests with and regular (up to 10 guests) guest events, extensive navigation during the season. In tight time frame I found right personal approach to each crew and Owners on-the-go to hit the waves in safety through her busiest months of high Med season 2022/2023/2024 where French, Italian Riviera, Corsica and Sardinia were our sailing grounds. I had the responsibility for crew training, yacht’s documentation, budgeting, record keeping, purchasing, port clearances and dealing with ships agents, implementing safety, emergency, and security drills & procedures in conjunction with full ISM and ISPS, smooth navigation.

This was paralleled with diligent administration skills and impeccable organization to ensure that the operation and the vessel's maintenance schedule didn’t stop, regardless of the remote locations. The itinerary was constantly changing at late notice, meaning that I was very adept with procurement, international shipping and customs protocols, and worked closely with worldwide suppliers and vessel agents. I had also successfully managed the deck department's human resources, onboard ship security officer, PMS for SOLAS, FFE, deck & tender maintenance, conducted audit and survey preparation, managed audits, surveys & compliance, maintained full compliance with ISM, ISPS & MLC. As a Relief Captain I took full charge and responsibility of the yacht during the Captain’s time off, provided for Owners and guests a worry-free and enjoyable boating experience.
