My duties included supporting breakfast preparation and presentation, adhering to high hygiene and quality standards, as well as organizing and decorating dining areas to create an elegant ambiance. I assisted with docking. I was also responsible for the yacht's opening and closing procedures, such as preparing the vessel for the season and securely storing furniture and accessories during the winter. My versatile approach allowed me to excel in both guest services and technical tasks on deck.

  Main Tasks: During my time on board HOSHI, I worked as a 2nd stew, providing exceptional service to guests to ensure a luxurious experience. My responsibilities included silver service, presentation, and storage in compliance with safety and hygiene standards, as well as organizing and setting up dining areas to maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere. I was also in charge of cleaning and maintaining order in cabins and common areas to ensure guest comfort. On deck, I assisted with docking operations and participated in long-distance transfers, taking on night watch shifts. My role required great attention to detail and teamwork, contributing to the smooth operation of the yacht.

  Main Tasks: Rotational interior duties include (and are not limited to): food service, cocktail service, beds and heads, turndowns, detailing, laundry, and linens. Assisted with provisioning, inventories, cleaning crew areas, maintenance at the interior and exterior, anchoring, mooring, and watch duties.
